Head of (inter)national Sales (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Overall responsibility for national and international sales
  • Development and implementation of national and international sales strategy
  • Leadership, motivation, and further development of the international sales team
  • Expansion and maintenance of existing customer relationships and acquisition of strategic new customers
  • Development of new markets and business opportunities domestically and abroad
  • Management and further development of sales processes, structures, and tools
  • Close cooperation with marketing, product management, and executive management
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, customer events, and international appointments

Your profile

  • Relevant vocational training or a degree in business administration/science
  • Management experience in (inter)national sales, ideally with industry knowledge in medical technology
  • Proven sales success and strong strategic and analytical skills 
  • Experience in establishing and managing international sales structures
  • High level of customer focus, confident negotiating skills, and strong closing ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
  • Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
