Einholung und Auswertung von Kundenfeedback sowie Bereitstellen der Informationen
Eine Tätigkeit mit Fokus auf Software für klinische Anwendungen
Das bringen Sie mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizinphysik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Kenntnisse in Linux, Netzwerkdesign und Servermanagement
Kenntnisse in der Verwendung und dem Einsatz von Software im Gesundheitswesen
Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Strahlendatenmessung, Monte-Carlo-Dosisberechnung, EPID-Dosimetrie, klinische Erfahrung mit Behandlungsplanungssystemen und DICOM wünschenswert
Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu 20-30% Reisetätigkeit, lokal und international

Your mission
Participation in the implementation and maintainance of customer success strategies for PTW products
Manage customer projects in cooperation with our distribution partners
Provide expert support concerning the deployment, clinical adoption and application of a product
Obtaining and analysing customer feedback and providing the information to the relevant departments
The role will focus on software for clinical application
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in medical physics or a related discipline
Knowledge of Linux, network design and server management
Knowledge of the use and deployment of software in a healthcare environment
Experience in the following areas is desirable: beam data measurement, Monte Carlo dose calculation, EPID dosimetry, clinical experience with treatment planning system and DICOM
Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel 20-30%, locally and internationally
